Tower Loan is seeking a Manager Trainee for its Manager Development Program in Mississippi. The role focuses on customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations, with hands-on experience over 10-12 months and performance-based incentives.

You will develop leadership skills, build relationships with customers, and support office goals while training for future management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred: sales, collections, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build long-term customer relationships by listening and recommending service.
• Promote optional products to serve customers best.
• Contact customers for payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding office goals.
• Support management duties such as delegation and loan document review.
• Grow skills in recruitment, staff development, and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
