You will champion a data-driven preventive maintenance program, drive root-cause analysis, and develop repair schedules while guiding cost, quality, and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cryogenic and high-pressure gas systems.
• Proven leadership in building a high-performing safety culture.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in safe execution of cryogenic and high-pressure gas system maintenance.
• Drive a strong data-driven, preventive maintenance program.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop repair schedules and asset recovery plans after downtime.
• Allocate resources to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.
• Lead workforce development and budget planning.
