Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Manager for Test Operations Maintenance in a role that leads a team of technicians and engineers to maintain cryogenic and high-pressure test stands. Qualifications

• B.S. degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong project management and team leadership experience.
• Experience with cryogenic systems maintenance.
• Experience with high pressure pneumatic systems maintenance.
• Proven ability to develop people and grow careers.
• Excellent technical and non-technical writing and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated leadership in establishing a high performing safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians and test engineers to perform maintenance on cryogenic and high-pressure gas systems.
• Drive a robust preventive maintenance program and data-driven decision making.
• Develop repair schedules and manage downtime to maximize test stand reliability.
• Organize resources to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets across all maintenance phases.
• Lead training, budgeting, and development planning for the team.
• Foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
