Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Lead Test Operator at our Centennial, Colorado facility to support assembly and testing of small turbine engines. The role involves installing instrumentation, loading engines into test cells, executing test sequences, and preparing for the next steps in production.

You will work with engineering, supply chain, and EHS teams to ensure high-quality results, follow standard work, and maintain a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly testing, preferably in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of testing processes and adherence to standard work.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, connect, and execute pre-programmed test steps following standard work instructions.
• Utilize hand and power tools and instrumentation safely.
• Read blueprints/schematics to guide actions and validate work content.
• Maintain safety and EHS compliance; participate in hazard identification and remediation.
• Install and troubleshoot instrumentation (thermocouples, transducers, strain gauges, accelerometers).
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure availability.
• Document technical data in line with engineering practices.
• Contribute to test procedure improvement and root-cause analysis.
