Job summary

Beehive Industries in Centennial, Colorado, is seeking a Lead Test Operator to support assembly and testing of newly built small turbine engines. You will apply instrumentation, install engines into a test cell, run a test sequence, and prepare for the next stage of the process.

You will collaborate daily with engineering, supply chain, EHS and other functions to deliver high-quality products. Read blueprints as needed and help develop test procedures in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly testing.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (aerospace, automotive, medical).
• Strong understanding of testing processes and Lean manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, connect, and execute a predefined series of test steps per standard work instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment as directed.
• Read blueprints/schematics to guide actions when needed.
• Perform all tasks safely following EHS policies and procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot test equipment and instrumentation.
• Assist in developing test procedures and work instructions.
• Document measurements and progress using required systems.
• Communicate significant issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
