Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a Test Manufacturing Lead Engineer to define and optimize board-level test processes and equipment for manufacturing. The role focuses on ICT, FCT, and RF testing, ensuring robust test coverage and high yield.

You will collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment teams to diagnose issues, develop improvement roadmaps, and support MES integrations for test data and diagnostics. Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 to 3 years of typical experience.

Responsibilities

• Define, specify, qualify, install and optimize test processes and equipment for manufacturing.
• Lead test process optimization to improve cycle time and yield across test equipment.
• Debug test processes using DOE, failure analysis, and data interpretation.
