You will drive test process improvements to boost yield and cycle time, oversee procurement and installation support for large customer deployments, and partner with Design to enhance testability and diagnostics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• 6+ years in testing/manufacturing or related roles.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience with test strategy, planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies based on product design specifications.
• Lead test plans for hardware and software elements.
• Manage procurement and installation support for manufacturing tests.
