Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of test engineering experience.
• Experience with ICT, functional and RF testing preferred.
• Ability to define, install and optimize test processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Define, install, support and optimize test process and equipment solutions for manufacturing.
• Lead test process optimization to improve cycle time and yield.
• Debug of test process and equipment solutions using DOE, tools and failure analysis.
• Collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to solve yield issues.
• Develop roadmaps for test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, and OEE.
• Analyze data from yield reports and equipment logs to locate yield loss sources.
• Support development of test equipment integration into MES including yield and parametric data.
• Board-Level Testing: ICT, FCT, RF, Hi-Pot.
• Assembly-Level Testing: System integration and EOL testing.
