Job summary

CCFBank is seeking a Head Teller to lead the Teller team across branches in Minnesota and Wisconsin. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, guiding staff, and ensuring accurate and compliant handling of deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, or three years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, team-focused mindset with a knack for motivating others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Teller team, assigning daily responsibilities and overseeing performance.
• Handle personnel tasks including scheduling, approving timesheets, conducting interviews, and completing performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions in line with bank policies.
• Maintain compliance through routine audits and adherence to procedures.
• Manage branch cash operations, including vault and ATM balancing and currency orders.
• Foster a positive, growth-oriented environment through clear communication and effective delegation.
• Support customers and team members with professionalism and care.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
