Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Substitution: four years of lending in consumer and/or consumer real estate may be considered in lieu of the degree.
• Three years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Three years of experience working in sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed branch targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals.
• Customer Focus: Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
