Job summary

CCFBank in Wisconsin is seeking a Head Teller/Universal Banker to lead the Teller Team, deepen customer relationships, and drive service excellence. You will supervise staff, handle deposits, loans, and new accounts, and actively promote bank products in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and sales skills with a customer-centric mindset and collaboration across branches.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field; or 3 years related experience.
• Two years of teller experience and two years of customer service experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience and ability to lead a team.
• One year of sales experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily supervision to teller staff and assigns duties.
• Assists customers in selecting accounts and cross-sell opportunities.
• Makes decisions on opening new deposit accounts and processes related paperwork.
• Interviews loan applicants and assists with loan processing and funding.
• Manages debit/credit card orders, wires, and related transactions.
• Supports branch operations and staff development.
