Job summary

CCFBank in Wisconsin seeks a Head Teller/Universal Banker to lead the Teller Team, deepen customer relationships, and ensure accurate banking transactions across accounts and services.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication, initiative, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while promoting sales of banking products.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Three years of related full-time banking experience may substitute the degree.
• Two years of experience in the financial services industry performing teller duties.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• One year of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision to teller staff and assign duties.
• Assist branch operations including teller, new accounts, vault teller, safe deposit, and lending.
• Assist customers in selecting accounts and cross-sell banking products.
• Open new deposit accounts and complete forms requiring customer signatures.
• Interview loan applicants and assist with loan applications and funding.
• Process debit/credit card orders, wires, and other transactions.
• Mentor teller staff and delegate responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
