CCFBank in the United States is seeking a Head Teller/Universal Banker to lead our Teller Team, deepen customer relationships, and drive accurate banking transactions including new accounts and lending support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field (or 3 years' related experience).
• Two years of teller and customer-service experience in financial services.
• Two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teller staff daily, assign duties, and handle performance actions and scheduling.
• Assist branch operations across teller, new accounts, vault, and lending areas.
• Conduct customer consultations to select accounts and cross-sell products using professional sales techniques.
• Approve new deposit accounts, process funding, and manage loan applications within authority.
• Ensure accurate processing of wires, debit/credit card orders, and other transactions.
