Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling.
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client experience and support in a branch setting.
• Coach tellers and manage day-to-day teller line tasks and scheduling.
• Identify complex client servicing issues and resolve them.
• Promote bank products and services and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls.
