Job summary

You will manage day-to-day teller duties, ensure accurate cash handling, and help transition clients to a Banker for deeper financial wellness conversations while upholding regulatory requirements and delivering distinctive service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cash handling.
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller responsibilities in a branch setting, coaching other tellers.
• Efficient, accurate performance of teller functions; ensure compliance.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and escalate as needed.
• Observe, schedule, and coach tellers to enhance branch operations.
