Job summary

KeyCorp's Holland, OH branch seeks a Lead Teller to solve problems, coach tellers, and partner with clients to meet financial goals. You will identify opportunities for financial wellness and smoothly transition clients to a Banker for deeper conversations.

You’ll ensure branch efficiency, compliance, and strong customer service. The role requires 3+ years of client relationship and cash handling experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lead a team in a busy branch

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling.
Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Embodies a strong client experience culture in an in-person branch setting.
Coach tellers and manage day-to-day teller line duties.
Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and opportunities.
Promote products and services to clients and educate on channels (ATM, Online, Telephone).
Support Branch Manager with onboarding and training of tellers.
