Qualifications

• Coaching and staff development experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transactions of teller staff to provide superior customer service with minimal service problems.
• Maintain vault cash supply and assist tellers in maintaining their teller window supplies.
• Authorize teller transactions within assigned limits.
• Assist with scheduling work hours and coverage for teller staff.
• Assist with risk management and auditing of banking operations.
• Support team sales efforts by referring customers to appropriate staff.
• Follow bank policies, procedures, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Retail Banker and staff.
• Lead training activities with the Training Department.
