Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and enhance financial wellbeing.
• Identify opportunities through conversations and refer to branch staff.
• Engage customers in lobby activities and promote PNC products.
• Support Branch Manager with performance management and hiring processes.
• Ensure daily operations and transactions are completed accurately and in line with policies.
