Job summary

CCFBank is seeking a Head Teller to lead the Teller team across Minnesota branches. You will supervise daily operations, manage scheduling and performance reviews, and ensure accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments in line with bank policies.

You will foster a compliant, growth-focused culture, handle branch cash operations, and support customers with professionalism while driving team development and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field or three years of directly related experience.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, team-focused mindset with ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Teller team, assigning daily responsibilities and overseeing performance.
• Handle personnel tasks including scheduling, approving timesheets, conducting interviews, and completing performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions in line with bank policies.
• Maintain compliance through routine audits and adherence to procedures.
• Manage branch cash operations, including vault and ATM balancing and currency orders.
• Foster a positive, growth-oriented environment through clear communication and effective delegation.
• Support customers and team members with professionalism and care.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
