CCFBank in Minnesota is seeking a Head Teller to guide the Teller team, mentor staff, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will oversee deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and compliance, while delivering outstanding service.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays. The compensation ranges from $18.50 to $22.42 per hour, plus an annual bonus based on performance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field, or 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, team-focused mindset with ability to motivate others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the Teller team, assigning daily responsibilities and overseeing performance.
• Handle personnel tasks including scheduling, timesheets, interviews, and performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Maintain compliance through routine audits and procedures.
• Manage branch cash operations, including vault and ATM balancing and currency orders.
• Foster a positive, growth-oriented environment through clear communication and delegation.
• Support customers and team members with professionalism and care.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

• Perform additional duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For
