Qualifications

• Two to five years of general business experience, one to two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Successful completion of the retail training program required.

Responsibilities

• Operates a customer service window with exceptional service on a variety of transactions.
• Provides direction and training for other customer service representatives.
• Resolves customer problems accurately and efficiently while referring to appropriate bank areas.
• Establishes schedules and ensures operating policies are followed.
• Coaches frontline sales team on computer systems, service standards, and bank policies.
• Oversees training, onboarding, and mentoring new tellers.
• Maintains vault cash levels and branch reporting requirements.
