Job summary

S&T Bank is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Irwin, PA to operate a teller window and deliver exceptional service for a variety of transactions. You will identify customer needs, guide them to appropriate services, and help protect both customers and the bank from fraud.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2–5 years of relevant experience and completion of the bank's retail training program. Must be flexible with branch hours.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent plus specialized training or a two-year degree.
• Two to five years general and specialized experience, including knowledge to prepare balance reports.
• Successful completion of the retail training program required.

Responsibilities

• Operates a customer service window and provides customers with exceptional service on a variety of transactions.
• Suggests solutions and options to customers and refers to appropriate areas of the bank.
• Resolves customer problems/issues/concerns in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Balances cash window daily and ensures vault balancing.
• Processes deposits and withdrawals and performs related duties.
• Assists in training and supporting branch leadership and other staff.
