Responsibilities

• Coordinate branch operations in partnership with Branch Manager.
• Serve customers professionally and handle teller functions per standards.
• Address customer questions, resolve problems, and direct to appropriate staff for complex inquiries.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and security, train branch staff as needed.
• Open and close the branch, manage staff scheduling, and waive fees within guidelines.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to add bank products and services.
• Act as Personal Banker when needed and support daily sales plans.
