Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of financial concepts.
• Knowledge of desktop automation tools.
• Experience with relationship management systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential duties and responsibilities of Personal Banker as required.
• Uncovers needs of customers through effective conversations and records activities in the relationship management system.
• Meets personal point goals through internal prospect lists and bank sales processes; participates in outbound calls and loan opportunities.
• Participates in branch prospecting for new business and supports community events.
• Open and close the branch and assist in developing sales plans and branch goals.
• Coordinates and supervises teller operations; may perform teller duties.
• Handles complex inquiries and researches policies; liaises with support departments.
• Provides staff with feedback and supports performance evaluations.
