OneAZ Credit Union in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Teller Supervisor to oversee the teller line and staff at the Willow Creek branch. You will lead a team, ensure accurate transactions, and uphold security and policy compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of teller supervision, strong communication, and leadership skills. You will train staff, coordinate scheduling, and support branch operations to deliver exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of teller supervisory experience in a branch of similar asset size.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Strong leadership, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of tellers and ensure efficient teller line operations.
• Oversee daily teller transactions, accuracy, and compliance with policies.
• Provide coaching and training to tellers; manage staffing during peak periods.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager on staffing and coverage; ensure high service levels.
• Maintain branch security and cash handling procedures; prepare daily reports.
