Qualifications

• 1+ years related work experience in customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Trustworthy and confidential behavior is essential.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and standard applications.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Daily flexible and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to travel for internal education/meetings; overnight stays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and manage day-to-day teller line operations.
• Schedule teller line coverage and drive referral goals.
• Prepare for audits and educate the team on policy updates.
• Support Branch Manager to ensure audits pass successfully.
• Provide coaching to develop teller staff and others.
• Monitor performance and report to management.
• Assist Branch Manager with hiring of teller staff.
• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and trust.
• Uncover customer needs and refer to platform partners.
• Balance cash and resolve outages with needed help.
• Process checks, deposits, and complex teller transactions.
• Define solutions and follow up on resolutions.
• Follow security, risk, and compliance standards.
• Complete required training for bank policies.
• Make sales calls to meet branch referral goals.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Meet scheduled working hours and dress code.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
