Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling.
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture in person with clients and teammates.
• Oversees teller functions and coaches tellers in an in‑person branch setting.
• Identifies and resolves complex client servicing issues.
• Transitions clients to a Banker for financial wellness conversations.
• Supports onboarding and training of new tellers and ensures branch compliance.
