Job summary

You will coach tellers, oversee scheduling, ensure compliance, and help transition clients to bankers for deeper financial wellness conversations.

In this role you will observe and mentor branch staff, process cash transactions accurately, promote bank products, and support day-to-day teller operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in cash handling.
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.

• Provide exemplary client service and resolve complex servicing issues.
