Qualifications

• 2 years of banking experience or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Regulation CC Exam and Operational Knowledge Exam and obtain Signing Authority.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Sales and customer service experience in a customer-faced environment.
• Willingness to perform telemarketing duties as assigned.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A professional appearance is required.
• Experience working in a Windows-based computer environment, Microsoft Office familiarity.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all teller transactions.
• Ensure client satisfaction by practicing Fremont Bank service standards.
• Explain bank policies and procedures.
• Explain, promote, sell and/or refer Fremont Bank products and services to current and prospective clients.
• Meet assigned sales and referral objectives.
• Conduct telemarketing and follow-up sales duties as assigned by management.
• Understand and communicate deposit products clearly.
• Follow bank policies and procedures.
• Reconcile cash and all other transactions daily.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Federal Banking Regulations.
• Maintain accuracy and proper cash handling habits.
• Stay informed on bank-related issues and training.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
