Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous teller experience required.
• Ability to lead and direct others.
• Knowledge of branch operations preferred.
• Knowledge of bank products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize PCs and Windows-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Participates in daily team huddles and one-on-one debrief with Assistant Branch Manager.
• Meets referral goals as assigned.
• Mentors referral team members and coaches performance.
• Ensures cash and security procedures are followed and cash accounted.
• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly service to Bank’s customers.
• Supports generating sales and referrals for loans, deposits, investments and related products.
• Makes outbound calls to new and existing customers to maintain contact and servicing needs.
