Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and mixed-signal circuitry for DoD programs. You will contribute at the subsystem and PCB level, guiding PCB development from requirements through initial integration testing.

This onsite role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience (or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years). A DoD Secret clearance is required to start, with relocation eligibility and a 9/80 schedule in Tucson.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience.
• Experience with electronics design with emphasis on systems and/or subsystems.
• Experience utilizing and creating electrical design specifications.
• Experience with analog electronics design including FETs/BJTs, op-amp, filters, termination, adapters, A/D conversion.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and mixed signal electronics circuitry.
• Assist in designing electronics at subsystem or PCB level.
• Lead through PCB development from requirements to initial integration testing.
• Be the REA for FTS and/or TM designs.
• Generate analysis and docs verifying compliance with program and performance needs.
