RTX Tucson is seeking junior engineers to support Telemetry and Flight Termination systems. You will design and test analog/mixed-signal electronics, contribute to PCB-level work, and document analyses to meet program requirements.

The team emphasizes hands-on testing, rigorous standards, and collaboration in a defense-focused environment. Onsite role with relocation eligibility and a 9/80 schedule.

Competenze

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in STEM and 2+ years of experience or an advanced STEM degree.
• Experience in electronics design with emphasis on systems/subsystems.
• Ability to create electrical design specifications and document analyses.
• Experience with analog electronics including FETs/BJTs, op-amps, filters, A/D, level shifters.
• Proficiency with MATLAB, MathCAD, Mathematica or similar tools.

Mansioni

• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and mixed-signal circuitry.
• Assist in designing electronics at subsystem or PCB level.
• Guide PCB development from requirements through integration testing.
• Be the Responsible Engineering Authority for FTS and TM designs.
• Generate analyses and documentation verifying compliance with requirements.
