Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Project Manager, OSP, to define project scope, coordinate a cross-functional team, and develop detailed work plans. You will manage schedules, estimates, resources, and status reports while ensuring quality deliverables.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in construction or telecom, and you will engage with vendors, clients, and internal teams to drive on-schedule project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience with fiber optic/carrier/collocation products in ops/engineering/implementation.
• Experience with FTTx, Long Haul, DCC turnkey builds.
• Deadline-driven, self-motivated, technically savvy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team including vendors and contractors.
• Manage tasks to ensure on-time completion.
• Oversee capacity, production, and cycle-time targets.
• Lead internal meetings to review status and implement changes.
• Attend customer meetings to provide status reports and resolve issues.
• Maintain tracking systems with accuracy.
• Develop and update processes to streamline workflows.
• Retrieve, analyze, transform data for BI.
