Job summary

Congruex seeks a Project Manager (OSP) to lead complex broadband infrastructure projects in Columbus, OH. You will define scope, develop plans, coordinate teams, and drive on-time delivery with data-driven oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Building Science.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction or project coordination roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team including vendors and contractors.
• Manage tasks to ensure on-time completion.
• Oversee capacity, production, and cycle-time expectations.
• Lead internal meetings to review status and implement changes.
• Attend customer meetings to provide status reports and resolve issues.
• Maintain all work in a tracking system with accuracy.
• Develop and update processes to streamline workflows.
• Identify ways to reduce cycle times and increase quality.
• Retrieve, analyze, transform, and report data for BI.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
