OSP Construction Project Manager — Telecom Infrastructure | Covington, KY
We are experiencing rapid growth and seeking an OSP Construction Project Manager with the leadership experience and technical expertise to oversee and deliver complex, high-impact outside plant telecom infrastructure projects.
In this role, you will drive the successful execution of major initiatives — including fiber optic deployments, wireless infrastructure builds, and large-scale network upgrades. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget, and in alignment with the highest quality and safety standards. You will provide strategic direction, lead cross‑functional teams, optimize operational performance, and contribute to a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
- Champion a safety‑first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sites
- Lead the planning and execution of large‑scale OSP telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds
- Manage risk, permitting, and client communications throughout the full project lifecycle
- Identify and pursue new telecom project opportunities
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry‑standard tools and methodologies
- Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Negotiate contract execution and manage change orders
- Establish and manage project systems including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation
What You Bring
- 8+ years of telecom or utility OSP construction project management experience, with a proven track record leading large, complex infrastructure builds
- Degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (bachelor's preferred; diploma or technical training accepted)
- Strong understanding of OSP construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (NESC, NEC, local codes)
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar
- Based out of our Covington, Kentucky office
- Travel required to project sites as needed
