Job summary

Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager with a strong background in cable/telecommunications construction and outside plant (OSP) operations. This role is responsible for managing all phases of FTTx construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and excels at leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in cable/telecommunications construction and project management.
FTTx project management experience required.
Strong leadership and coordination across contractors and multi-site projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of FTTx construction projects, including field operations, quality control, and reporting.
Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Lead regular project meetings and coordinate communications among clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Implement and uphold construction department standards, procedures, and best practices.
Provide consistent updates to clients and leadership regarding project progress and any issues impacting timelines or relationships.
