CNS, a Congruex Company, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee telecom construction programs. You will define scope, coordinate teams, and develop detailed plans, schedules, and estimates to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and data analysis skills, with experience in fiber, FTTx, and related builds. Competitive compensation and full benefits are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with telecom construction projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project team including vendors and contractors.
• Manage tasks to ensure on-time completion.
• Manage capacity, production, and cycle time.
• Attend customer meetings to provide status and resolve issues.
• Maintain tracking system with complete accuracy.
• Develop and update workflows to streamline processes.
• Retrieve and report data for business intelligence.
