Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Project Manager to define scope, coordinate a project team, and develop detailed work plans for OSP telecom initiatives in Columbus, OH. You will manage vendors and contractors, drive on-time delivery, analyze data, and report progress to stakeholders while upholding quality standards and safety.

The role requires a strong background in telecom project management and fiber optics, with emphasis on collaboration and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or building science.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with end-to-end telecom projects and outside/inside plant.
• Experience with fiber optic/carrier/collocation services.
• Strong analytical and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team including vendors and contractors.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and estimates.
• Coordinate project resources and monitor progress.
• Provide status reports to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements to reduce cycle times.
• Ensure tracking system accuracy and data reporting.
• Attend customer meetings to resolve issues.
• Manage capacity, production, and cycle time expectations.
