Job summary

CamWebDir in West Point, PA seeks an experienced Room Lead to supervise Clinical Packaging Technicians in GMP-compliant packaging and labeling for clinical studies. The role requires leadership, coaching, and hands-on execution of filling, labeling, staging, and documentation in SAP/MES environments.

Qualifications

• Must have GMP knowledge and training experience.
• Strong leadership to manage a packaging team.
• Attention to detail and good communication.
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff is required.
• Vision inspection and GDP/GMP documentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee filling, labeling, and packaging of clinical packaging jobs.
• Coordinate, perform and document de-packaging, packaging, labeling and sampling activities.
• Ensure GMP/SOP compliance and safety in all tasks.
• Accountable for daily output and product quality in packaging.
• Provide training for new employees and coach staff.
• Maintain accurate SAP documentation and GDP alignment.
