Merck & Co., Inc. in West Point, PA invites a Sr. Technician, Operations (2nd Shift) to join our onsite manufacturing team.

You will lead a room of Clinical Packaging Technicians, perform GMP-compliant packaging, labeling, and documentation, and ensure quality and safety in every step. This is a hands-on, shift-based role with regular overtime and weekend work as needed. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a GMP environment, strong coaching and communication skills, and experience with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in GMP regulated environment.
• Experience with SAP or MES is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee the execution of filling, labelling, and packaging of clinical packaging jobs.
• Coordinate, perform and document de-packaging, packaging, labeling and sampling activities.
• Ensure GMP/SOP compliance and safety in all activities.
• Report and prevent potential quality events; handle overtime as needed.
• Provide training for new employees and coach junior staff.
