Job summary

Global Industrial Company is seeking a seasoned Field Training Staff member to instruct, onboard, and guide personnel in technical procedures and safety protocols across our operations in North America. You will maintain repair procedures, inspect equipment, and help develop training programs to uphold high standards of safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Instructs, onboards, and guides personnel on procedures, best practices, and safety protocols.
  • Maintains repair procedures and ensures optimal performance through inspections.
  • Helps develop and implement technical training procedures.
  • Assist in developing goals, objectives, and policies for Field Training Staff.
  • Develop and implement safety, preventive maintenance, and accident prevention programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations such as DOT and OSHA.
  • Prepare reports on trainer activities, performance, and costs.
  • Maintain organized technician files and regional reports.

  • Maintains technical equipment repair procedures are up to date, and ensures optimal performance through regular inspections.
  • Helps develop and implement technical training procedures and protocols.
  • Assist in developing and implementing goals, objectives, and policies for Field Training Staff.
  • Develop and implement safety, preventive maintenance, and accident prevention programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, such as DOT and OSHA.
  • Prepare reports on trainer activities, performance, and educational costs.
  • Maintain organized technician files, record training requests, and manage the regional reports accordingly.
