Key Responsibilities

• * Instructs, onboards, and guides personnel on technical procedures, best practices, and safety protocols.
• * Maintains technical equipment repair procedures are up to date, and ensures optimal performance through regular inspections.
• * Helps develop and implement technical training procedures and protocols.
• * Assist in developing and implementing goals, objectives, and policies for Field Training Staff.
• * Develop and implement safety, preventive maintenance, and accident prevention programs.
• * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, such as DOT and OSHA.
• * Prepare reports on trainer activities, performance, and educational costs.
• * Maintain organized technician files, record training requests, and manage the regional reports accordingly.
