I am seeking a Service Technician for my client's team to provide on-site support to customers in maintaining our products and systems. This field-based position offers the opportunity to work directly with customers while developing technical expertise in industrial equipment and solutions.

What You'll Do

• Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for products and systems
• Assist with customer meetings and provide solutions
• Gather and maintain daily operational reports and documentation
• Conduct field trials for new and existing business initiatives
• Train customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures
• Manage inventory with accuracy and precision
• Coordinate product deliveries and assist with project work at customer sites
• Package products using appropriate materials and methods
• Identify and report equipment issues to management
• Participate in safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment

• Associate's degree or certificate in a technical field preferred
• 2+ years of industrial and/or maintenance experience preferred
• Basic mechanical skills with ability to learn complex systems

Physical Requirements
