Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in the Duluth, MN area is seeking a Technical Service & Warranty Manager for OEM heavy equipment. This hands-on leadership role manages technical support, warranty processing, field service scheduling, and training from a clean, modern facility.

You will lead a team of technicians, liaise with engineering, and ensure reliability and performance of hydraulic systems while maintaining a zero-politics, family-first culture and strong tenure throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated technical experience with hydraulic machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Associate degree or Hydraulic Certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mentor teams.
• Stable employment history with multi-year tenure.
• US citizenship or Permanent Residency; commute to Duluth, MN area.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Support for internal field techs, dealers, and end users resolving hydraulic/mechanical issues.
• Partner with engineering, product support, and sales to communicate performance data and design improvements.
• Oversee warranty claim processing and service scheduling calendars.
• Develop training procedures and deliver hands-on maintenance sessions for technicians.
