Waukesha-pearce Industries Llc seeks a lead Service Technician to supervise two or more junior technicians and perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on heavy equipment. You will fabricate parts, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure quality control while coordinating with customers.

The role requires hands-on expertise with engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and diagnostic tools, with emphasis on safe work practices and team training. Monday–Friday schedule, on-site in Texas.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction/mining machinery.
• Ability to read manuals and schematics.
• Must possess skills with diagnostic testing and tuning equipment.
• Must be able to pass drug and alcohol testing per policy.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee two or more Service Technicians.
• Diagnose, repair, and service heavy equipment.
• Fabricate or install replacement parts as needed.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and oversee quality control.
• Maintain tools and work area; train junior technicians.
• Operate test equipment and read hydraulic/electrical schematics.
