Coalition is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to own hiring across Engineering, Security, Data, and adjacent technical functions. You will drive searches from kickoff to close, partnering with our most senior leaders to deliver high-quality hires.
In this role you’ll combine hands-on recruiting with strong business partnership, building trusted relationships, and using data to improve pipeline health, candidate quality, and interview processes while moving quickly with ownership of multiple
Qualifications
- 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience supporting software engineering, security, data, AI/ML or related roles.
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders as a business partner.
- Experience recruiting for remote teams across the US and Canada.
- Familiarity with high-growth tech, cybersecurity or regulated industries.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for eng, security, data and related roles.
- Lead searches from kickoff through sourcing, interviewing, offers and close.
- Build hiring strategies aligned to organizational priorities.
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve pipeline health and efficiency.
- Deliver compelling storytelling about Coalition to candidates.
