Job summary

Coalition Technologies is seeking a full-time remote Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top talent for global teams. You will draft job ads, review resumes, coordinate interviews and skills assessments, and conduct Zoom interviews while maintaining confidential HR records.

Applicants must have recruiting or HR experience, strong English, and the ability to work 40 hours weekly in PST. International recruiting is a plus; benefit programs include profit-sharing and comprehensive coverage.

Job description

Coalition Technologies is hiring a full-time remote Recruiter to support sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent across global teams. This position includes responsibilities such as drafting job ads, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews and skills tests, conducting Zoom interviews, maintaining recruiting databases, supporting employee development initiatives, organizing training workshops, planning company events, and assisting management with personnel-related matters.

Candidates should have prior recruiting or HR-related experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. International recruiting experience is a plus. Applicants must be available to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
