Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a high-performing Technical Field Services Manager to lead post-sales technical services teams responsible for the installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. The role emphasizes on-site installations, SLA adherence, and delivering exceptional service to public safety agencies.

Experience in VoIP, networking, and multi-channel logging systems is required; travel up to 25–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management experience leading technical support and/or field deployment teams.
• Prior experience in public safety, mission-critical environments, telecommunications, or NG911 systems is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and evaluate a dual-function team of Field Engineers.
• Oversee on-site hardware/software installations, upgrades, and cutovers.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, SATs, and security standards; manage project backlog and revenue impact.
