Job summary

Paradigm Global Consulting seeks an experienced Okta SME/Architect to lead identity architecture and lifecycle management in a large enterprise. You will own Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD, and AD designs, with hands-on implementation of SSO/SAML, MFA, and provisioning workflows.

The role requires senior, hands-on IAM expertise, PowerShell automation, and a strong focus on Zero Trust and CMMC L2 compliance. Onsite work is required in Herndon, VA three days per week.

Qualifications

• IAM architecture and lifecycle management experience in large enterprise environments.
• Deep Okta expertise including Universal Directory, OIDC/SAML, workflows, and MFA.
• Strong Windows/Active Directory and Entra ID/Azure AD skills.
• PowerShell automation for provisioning, deprovisioning, and auditing.
• Understanding of Zero Trust and compliance requirements such as CMMC L2.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Okta, Entra ID, and Active Directory architectures.
• Architect and maintain OKta integrations, MFA policies, provisioning, and lifecycle processes.
• Lead application onboarding and identity integration initiatives.
• Develop automated IAM workflows using PowerShell.
• Ensure IAM controls align with Zero Trust and CMMC L2 requirements.
