Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting to lead complex accounting matters and external reporting. The role partners with FP&A, Corporate Development, and cross-functional leaders on major transactions and strategic initiatives, including SOX governance.

The position requires CPA certification and 5+ years of progressive experience, with exposure to U.S. GAAP, SEC filings, and external auditors.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience with progressive responsibility, public accounting is preferred.
• CPA certification is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the Company’s financial statements and SEC filings are accurate, high quality, and compliant with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Lead quarterly and annual SEC reporting (10-Q and 10-K) and coordinate EDGAR/XBRL activities.
• Manage annual statutory reporting for applicable entities and coordinate with external auditors.
• Support SOX compliance programs and governance initiatives; drive process improvements.
